Indeed, the brand originated in 2019 and its real value outreaches significantly the value of the noble metal – gold. Aurelius encompasses the gold of the soul and the nobility of thoughts of those devoted to the process of creating selected and unique wines.

Aurelius is a Klondike of noble and still wines.

Production of our wines requires strong knowledge and experience from our winemakers, who rigorously select the priceless spark of ideas that makes the wines so unique. We polish our wines in the way gold bars are polished, pouring into the bottles only the worthy wines of the highest quality. We look confidently into the eyes of those, who taste our products, and we observe in their eyes the golden kinship of our souls that makes us even prouder for the achieved results.

Aurelius Cabernet Sauvignon & Merlot wine is made of a classic blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, the same as Bordeaux wines. Aged in French oak barrels for 12 months, this wine is absolutely gorgeous and unique both in its intense garnet red color and in the flavor of dried plums, black cherry and pepper. The full and velvety taste with subtle shades of vanilla envelops the emotions in a long, velvety and well-balanced aftertaste.

AURELIUS CABERNET SAUVIGNON & MERLOT

This wine has an extraordinary velvet taste (the tannins of grapes are well aged) – at the beginning it has an astringent note that gradually disappears later and leaves the space for the flavors of cherry, rowan and black chocolate. For us it is a matter of special pleasure that a Moldavian blend of two European sorts of grapes produced for many times in different countries has won four medals before entering the market.

This hay-colored sparkling wine is made of Glera grapes that until 2009 had the name Prosecco. Its first flavor opens with flowers and fruits (white fruits). This wine is made of an extraordinary sort of grapes with acacia, lemon, pear and white peach flavor. It has a fresh and pleasant taste with harmonic notes of pears and a citric accent at the end.

The rose wines are manufactured using the “white” method of processing the red sorts of grapes. Only the must is pressed out for the manufacturing of these wines. The proportion of sorts of grapes in the blend is not constant, as every year has its own specific conditions for the cultivation of grapes. Here the winemakers become meticulously working magicians in order to collect as many samples as possible. Finally they choose the most suitable ones that are subsequently tested by professionals based on the organoleptical sensations.

This wine, when poured in glass, has a natural color and its first flavor is a rich bouquet of flowers and strawberry that reveals discrete notes of red currant and cherry stone. Aurelius extra-brut rose indulges us with its fresh and fruity taste with clear notes of strawberry and citric fruits. Despite of the skittish bubbles, the wine has a very soft and silky taste. This beautiful sparkling wine leaves a taste of cherry stone. It is a pleasant drink for the fans of more “brute” sparkling wines.
